D-Tech 2000
D Tech 2000 exclusive to Demon is the latest in technology providing a much improved waterproof and breathable lining of the highest quality. Gives excellent protection against foul weather, not only absorbs vapour but also expels vapour giving complete insulation from the cold.
Osmotex
Osmotex lining is breathable which allows perspiration to exit the boot. Osmotex lining is also waterproof, the non microporous film acts as a barrier.
Climatic System
Under particular conditions of humidity and warmth there is uncontrolled bacterial regeneration giving rise to a bad odour. The problem is not resolved by hiding it with artificial perfumes or, what is worse, by totally eliminating the bacterial flora. It is, on the contrary, necessary to control the metabolic processes of the flora by natural means, thus blocking the unpleasant effects.
Today this problem can be resolved by using ABC insoles (anti bacterial control) realised with advanced shoe technology which guarantees the ideal micro-climate and adequate orthopedic support for the foot.
Flexible
An anatomical Stamilon or Nylon Dupont insole injected at different thicknesses to ensure constant flexibility and the correct bending point. Moreover, the thickness of the insole varies according to the size in order to ensure the same bending capacity for all users.
The insole is light, solid and protects the foot perfectly against uneven rocky surfaces but the wearers can always feel with the ground. A gummipor shock absorber has been inserted at the heel effectively neutralising impact with the ground reducing the risks of inflammation and tiredness in general.
The insole, made of different mixes of rubber, make it suitable for different models by giving each kind of footwear the right stiffness.
Nylon Dupont is particularly fit for tougher use while Stamilon is used on the light trekking models.
